I have stumbled upon the single greatest program ever to grace the cathode ray tube. It is called How It's Made. Well really I think it's called Comment c'est fait because it's from Canada. The name pretty much tells you what the show is all about. It is a half hour show that tells you how things are made, in Canada. It really is like all the best parts of Mr. Rogers without the crap. No puppets with obnoxious voices, or trolleys that always drive through when you are trying to get to second base with Mrs. Rogers.
But I digress...
One of the shows today featured how these products were made:
Wheel Loaders (that's bulldozers to us yanks)
Vegetable Oil
Hand Tools
Cotton Swabs
I'm not really sure what those things have in common, but it's a helluva program anyway.
Here is their website
Don't forget to check out the French version, It's a little different, somehow more Canadien.
