I miss London every day.
I went there for my honeymoon and ever since I have been trying to figure out how to move there. From what I found it's quite hard to emigrate to England, plus London is a spendy place to live. Although it didn't seem that expensive from a big city perspective.
When I am sitting on the highway on my way to work I think about the Underground and how awesome it was to just be able to hop on a train and be able to get anywhere you wanted. This doesn't just go for London, pretty much the whole country is accessible by train.
God I miss it.
I watch Eastenders and try to imagine that I am one of those people. Just a regular person who happens to live in London. When I was there I also pretended like I was living there.
"No worries, I'll just pop round the corner and fetch a sandwich".
I miss being surrounded by buildings that ooze history. I don't know what the oldest building in America is, lets say that it's 300 years old. Some of the buildings in London are 1000 years old, and I dare say that most of them are in the mid millennia range. That is so awesome.
If anyone knows how I might move to London, let me know. So far I think I need to find a company that will transfer me there. And that isn't going so well.
Cheers.
God save the Queen.

I love Berlin. It's dirty and poor, but I love it anyway.

Gee, I think I'll go to Museum Island and see priceless works of art.

Gee, I think I'll go to Starbucks.
I'm sure London would also be great. I think we were born on the wrong continent. It sure would explain a lot.
