Denial ain't just a river

So in another installment of what I like to call Geekier Than Me, I found something that is in fact that. Geekier Than Me.

The following website contains an ASCII version of the movie Star Wars.

What is ASCII you may ask.

ASCII
Pronunciation: 'as-(")kE
Function: noun
Etymology: American Standard Code for Information Interchange
: a code for representing alphanumeric information

It's basically a keyboard's characters. So this guy has made animation (of Star Wars don't forget) created with nothing but the characters you see below your fingers.

It just starts automatically when you go to the site so have the popcorn ready. Be sure to navigate your way around his page. This is actually kind of a chore because the page is not designed very well at all. A feature I especially liked was the last picture in his MGB restoration pages. You'll have to go there if you want to see it.

p.s. this is a little temperamental if your web browser doesn't get along with it. I am using Safari and it works fine. I think Firefox would work as well. No guarantees with IE.
